The theme of this newsletter is all about Chat, A.I. and building a community.

You’re probably reading this in your email app right? Well did you know that my newsletter also features a subscriber chat?
It’s a conversation space in the Substack app exclusively for subscribers. It’s a great place to discuss any of the content of the newsletter and build more of a community.
To join our chat, you’ll need to download the Substack app.
How to get started
Download the app by clicking this link or the button below. Substack Chat is now available on both iOS and Android.
Open the app and tap the Chat icon.
That’s it! Jump into my thread to say hi.

This week I got access to Bard — The new experimental A.I. chatbot from Google. I’ve done a little testing so far and compared the responses to ChatGPT.
It’s early days for Bard so the responses aren’t as detailed as ChatGPT yet but it’s definitely got potential. I’ll probably blog about it soon.
Also this week, I came across Wavelength which is a private group chat app with a GPT-3.5 powered A.I. bot built in. You can use the bot to get answers to questions directly in a chat thread.
I think it’s a pretty cool concept, but time will tell if it gains any popularity.
